Using MIMS
- Assures, via the use of pre-authorised, auto-populated letter templates, that all correspondence with Claimants - and their representatives - is in accordance with best Legal advice.
- Captures details of all parties associated with the Claim (Witnesses, Police, Solicitors etc) and attaches copies of all claim related documentation and contemporaneous notes relating to telephone conversations.
- Includes work flow to manage Claims in Litigation in accordance with Woolf Monitor Response Guidelines.
